We currently have 50 Employees in multiple locations in the U.S. The Majority of our Operations and Marketing staff are located in our Arizona Office. We also have Sales and Marketing staff located in Illinois, Indiana, Texas, Florida, Georgia, Utah, California and Nebraska. We provide contracts for Life Insurance, Annuities, Disability Insurance, and Long Term Care nationwide.

The Annuity Marketing & Support staff would include Tier 1 and Tier 2 support staff for basic to advanced questions and needs. This allows us to handle higher volumes of inbound calls more efficiently. The level or type of service can vary which we will provide a contact list and explanation of services to all of our agents to ensure quality and service level. Types of service can range from suitability questions to product recommendations and the resource lists can be available both in hard copy and online. The sales support staff will be able to be accessed via Phone, Email, and In-Person meetings.

• Education & Training - We can travel to large producer and sub-general agency locations to provide in-person training, on-boarding with technology platforms, and education on available resources. These sessions can also be available online with Live and Pre-Recorded 1080p training videos.

• Client Relationship-Building Resources
  • Estate Planning Program - Turn-key, online system to provide estate planning services such as setting up a Revocable Living Trust, ILIT, GST, etc. The program provides access to a network of estate planning attorneys to provide the service at a very limited cost to the client. Once the Estate Plan is in place the client will have a strong tie to their Advisor and create opportunities to manage their Retirement Plans.
  • Financial Analysis Software - This Retirement analysis software allows the Advisor to interpret current retirement outcomes and investment risk level. The software identifies income shortfalls and asset tolerance allowing Advisors to make recommendations appropriate for the overall retirement plan. This software has been approved by many large BD’s such as LPL.
