Brokers Alliance will pay for your benefits! You now have access to a 5 million dollar Life Time Benefit Aetna Health Plan, vision and dental benefits, at no cost to you.

You will maintain your independence and gain access to multiple, highly rated, life and annuity carriers to better serve your clients!

How does this work?

1. You will earn up to 80% commission on your paid life business. Commission on various products may vary. Renewals are not available. (Prudential, Transamerica Occidental, & GDB products are not part of this program.)
2. 50% of your life commission will come from the carrier, 30% of your commission will be paid by Brokers Alliance via direct deposit. Annuity contracts will be offered based on a License only Agreement. All annuity commission will be paid to Brokers Alliance. We will then pay you 80% of the annuity street level commission.
3. You must submit your first application within 30 days.
4. After the first month, you must have $2,000.00 in paid target life premium or $40,000.00 in paid annuity premium every month.
5. In the 3rd month, if you are on target for an annual goal of 24K in paid premium or $480,000.00 in paid annuity premium, Brokers Alliance will enroll you into our Health, Vision, and Dental plan.
6. Once you enroll there is a 30 day wait for benefits to start. Your benefits will start four months after you have started writing with Brokers Alliance.
7. We are able to offer this is because the 30% commission we pay you runs through our payroll system. This allows you to receive the same health benefits offered to Brokers Alliance employees. We will also match your FICA  on the 30% commission we pay you from Brokers Alliance.
8. Brokers Alliance automatically pays for half of your benefit costs. The 2nd Half of the benefit premium will be deducted from your commission that has been run through payroll. Payroll dates are on the 15th and the last day of each month.

9. Every three months we will check your production to confirm you are on target for your goal. As long as you are on target for your goal we will reimburse the premiums paid out of your commissions!
10. An Emergency Benefit Premium Deposit is required from each producer. In the event you have low paid production and there isn't enough commission to cover your premiums, funds will be deducted from the Emergency Benefit Premium Deposit. Upon signing up with Brokers Alliance, you will be asked to submit a check to cover the total cost of one month's worth of benefit premiums. If necessary, we will split this into 4 consecutive payments, that will be drafted from your checking, savings, or credit card account.
11. If you double your production requirement after 12 months of writing through Brokers Alliance, we will pay you a 10% bonus on all of your paid life business. If you double your annuity production you will be given a 20% bonus on the annuity street level commission you have earned.
12. Dependant care coverage is available at your own expense. The dependant care coverage costs will be deducted from your commissions. The amount of the Emergency Benefit Premium Deposit will be determined by the coverage you opt into.
