Pre-Application to Application Processing Guidelines

We will support you by collecting signatures on PART A of your life applications and by continuing direct contact with your client on your behalf.

You will receive a weekly case status memo which will provide you with a list of all requirements received as well as outstanding requirements still needed. You will also have access to case status twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week via our online status portal. The following is a step-by-step overview of how the pre-application to application process will take place.
